A joint-venture owned by Argosy Real Estate Partners and InvestRes has engaged us to manage Kingsland West, an apartment community just outside of Houston in Katy, Texas. It is our second collaboration with this JV, having already brought our unique approach to The Preserve at Westover Hills in San Antonio.

We recently acquired the Boulevard at Sonterra; a garden-style community located in San Antonio. We will inject new capital to improve the quality of the property and introduce our Remarkable management team. We are eager to continue positively transforming our local communities.

Putting Our Hearts Into It

We participated in the 2019 American Heart Association's Heart Walk with 64 registered walkers. We ranked 9th overall in team fundraising, accounting for $11,468 with 65% of the Kairoi associates raising money. Overall, $863,000 was raised for the cause at the one day event held at Texas A&M, San Antonio.
