Developing opportunity.

Kairoi Development is comprised of a seasoned team of focused, detail-oriented leaders with extensive experience in all facets of multifamily development. We’re location driven, but not geographically limited. At our core, we’re opportunity seekers smartly leveraging amenities and external drivers beyond development.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to execute thoughtful design elements that create projects that are deeply connected with our target markets and deliver an exceptional living experience to our residents.

Our ultimate goal is to create value. In every development, we make thousands of decisions that impact the success and market acceptance of our projects. All of these choices are driven by our executive team’s full integration in the development process which leads to better risk management and a greater degree of financial success. We believe our attention to the smallest of details makes the biggest difference.

Our specialties are Class A+ urban, high-rise projects and an unwavering dedication to quality of projects over quantity. Although high-rise projects are our focus, they aren’t all we do. We’re also active in the development of select low-rise, wrap and podium projects.
