Elizabeth (Liz) Meyers serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, Construction & Client Experience for Kairoi Residential, where she helps lead the Kairoi Management platform through these departments. With more than 16 years of multifamily experience, she brings a people-centered approach to operating strategy, asset performance and organizational leadership.
Liz has played a key role in the growth and evolution of Kairoi Management, helping scale the platform to more than 130 communities and approximately 40,000 units, and contributed to its recognition among the NMHC Top 50 Managers.
Her leadership style is rooted in understanding what people need and want, whether residents, clients, or team members, and translating those insights into thoughtful design, stronger experiences, and better business outcomes. She is especially passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams and creating environments where people can do their best work.
Liz has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree and one of its Outstanding Women in Business. She holds degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of Montana.
A Montana native who grew up on a farm and ranch, Liz remains deeply connected to the outdoors, music and the perspective that comes from raising two boys.
