With more than 25 years of multifamily leadership, Kari is known for connecting strategy to execution and identifying the ideas, relationships, and opportunities that position organizations for what’s next.
At Kairoi, Kari leads efforts at the intersection of strategy, growth, partnerships, brand, hospitality, and innovation, helping translate the company’s vision into opportunities that strengthen the business and differentiate the Kairoi experience. She serves as an executive sponsor for key client relationships and helps advance transformational initiatives across the organization, with a focus on anticipating what’s next while ensuring innovation and technology enhance, rather than replace, the human experience. Prior to joining Kairoi, Kari served as head of operations for Anyone Home and held senior leadership roles at BRE Properties and AvalonBay Communities. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for combining operational discipline with forward-thinking strategy, elevated brand experiences, and a relentless focus on the resident and client journey.
Kari earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Texas A&M University. She is a member of CHIEF and serves on local and national industry advisory boards.
