Julie Tatom
Senior Vice President
Julie Tatom is the Senior Vice President in charge of operations for Kairoi. With over 25 years of leadership in multi-family, she has worked on hundreds of assets across the country. Her deep wealth of experience spans new developments, large scale renovations, student housing, and commercial management. Julie works with the operations leadership team to bring the spirit of servant leadership and open feedback to the community associates.
Julie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in both Accounting and Human Resources from Tarleton State University and has worked with leading companies such as Cortland Partners and Lincoln Property Company. She has also earned the Certified Apartment Manager credential from the National Apartment Association. When Julie isn’t overseeing her portfolio, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing with her yorkies, and reading.
